This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the rules and conditions regarding cancellations, changes, and refunds for bookings made with MN Grand. By making a reservation, guests agree to the terms mentioned below.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s tariff.
Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled date (No-Show) will be charged the full booking amount with no refund applicable.
If a guest decides to check out earlier than planned, the remaining nights are non-refundable.
Special discounted rates or promotional bookings marked as Non-Refundable will not be eligible for any refund under any circumstances.
Date changes are subject to room availability and rate differences. Some bookings may not allow changes depending on the plan selected.
For group or event bookings, cancellation terms may differ. These will be communicated at the time of reservation.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
If the hotel must cancel a reservation due to technical issues, maintenance, or emergencies, guests will receive a full refund or alternative dates.
